How To Sign Up, Log In and Retrieve Password for DoTerra
DoTerra is an MLM networking business that specializes in selling essential oils and similar health and wellness products. The company itself is based in Pleasant Grove, UT and was founded by David Stirling and former executives at Young Living. This global company has offices in other countries such as Australia, Europe, Japan and Taiwan. An employee under the doTerra brand is listed as a “Wellness Advocate”, and will need a doTerra login in order to access his or her Wellness Advocate account online.
Here’s how you can sign up as a doTerra member, log in to your doTerra account and retrieve your password when you lose it.
How To Sign Up
Step 1. If you’re interested in signing up as a doTerra Wellness Advocate member, then you’ll just have to pull up the main doTerra website using your favorite web browser. Type in the URL field https://doterra.com and you’ll be directed to the Doterra login main page.
Step 2. You will see the doTerra logo on the top left part of the page. You can scroll down to learn more about the MLM company and the essential oil products they sell.
Step 3. You’ll see a white “Login” link at the top right part of the website. When you hover your mouse to it, a drop-down menu will show up. This link can be used to log in to the doTerra account as a customer for purchasing essential oil products, or for back offices for online access. Click on the link with the green words that say “Enroll Today!” just below the words “Find a Wellness Advocate”.
Step 4. You will be taken to a new page that says “Welcome to doTerra!” on the top. You will be presented with drop-down options to proceed to the next page. First, you should choose your preferred language, then choose your country of residence. Once you have chosen, click on the blue link that says “Continue”.
Step 5. You will be taken to a new page. There are 4 main pages for you to complete- Enrollment Options, About You, 1st Order Setup and Monthly Order Setup. You can choose to be a Wholesale Customer or a doTerra Wellness Advocate and get the corresponding membership benefits listed on the page. Fill out all the essential details and you’ll become a doTerra member once you’ve completed the registration task.
How To Log In Your doTerra Account
Step 1. Open your favorite internet browser and type the following to the URL address: https://mydoterra.com. You will be directed to the main Doterra login website.
Step 2. You will see the words “mydoTerra Office” on the top left part of the website. Just below the banner are the words “Please sign in”, with fields to put in your doTerra ID and password. Enter your doTerra ID that was given to you during the sign up process and the password, then click on the purple link that says “Submit” to get to your doTerra login.
Keep in mind that the site https://mydoterra.com is for Wellness Advocates only. If you have signed up as a Wholesale Customer or a regular customer, then you may go to https://doterra.com and follow the steps to log in.
How To Retrieve Your doTerra Password
Step 1. Open your favorite internet browser and type the following to the URL address: https://mydoterra.com. You will be directed to the main company website. You may also copy the URL link and paste it to the address field, then hit the enter key.
Step 2. You will be directed to a new page that says mydoTerra offices on top. Below the banner are the words “Please Sign In” and fields where you can enter your doTerra ID and password. If you forgot your password and would like to reset or retrieve it, you can click on the link that says “Forgot Your Password?” just below the password field. Click on the link to get assistance and continue.
Step 3. A pop-up window will show up. The words “mydoTerra office” will show on top with the words “Forgot Your Password?” below it. The page will say that you can have your password sent to the email address you used to sign up for a doTerra account. You are also given an option to email doTerra support so they could assign a new password for you.
Step 4. Enter your doTerra ID and email address on the required fields. Click on the white link that says “Email Password”. Then, check your email’s inbox for your doTerra password. Go back to the doTerra website and log in with your ID and password.
